Returns & Refunds

Our flowers are fresh and made to order, so we can't accept returns. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancelling an order

You can change or cancel your order any time before we start preparing it. Email studio@foxglovestudio.ca or call or text (825) 994-4273 and we'll refund you in full. Once we've started on your order, it can't be cancelled or refunded.

If something isn't right

Please check your flowers as soon as they arrive. If your order is wrong or damaged, let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. We look at every case and do our best to find a fair solution.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

How long flowers last

With the care instructions followed, fresh arrangements last around five to six days. Some seasonal flowers only last three to four days, which is the nature of the flower. Our guarantee covers that period. See our floral care tips.

Delivery area

We deliver in Calgary and surrounding areas, including Chestermere, Cochrane, High River and Okotoks. Delivery rates vary by area.
